A video has been leaked into the internet on how the government of Cross Rivers State rigged the February 23 2019 Presidential and National Assembly election for Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and other National Assembly candidates of the People's Democratic Party, PDP through ballot box stuffing and massive thumbprinting.
The rigging machineries were promised N20 million, from which N6million advance payment was made to carry out the act of massive rigging.
